How long does shipping take?

Return, Refund or Exchange
Changed your mind? No worries. Gia Pop will accept merchandise for exchange or refund within 14 days from delivery.
- To initiate a return, email us at ihaveaquestion@shopgiapop.com with your order number no later than 14 days delivery.
- All items must be in unworn condition, with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
- A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to make your return easy. Just print the label, package your items, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days. A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund
